Summer Shutdown 2026 - Prime Pharma UK UK

We’re taking a short summer break! ☀️

To give our team a few well-earned days off with their families during the school holidays, Prime Pharma UK will be operating a Summer Shutdown from Wednesday 12th August until Tuesday 18th August 2026.

Our final dispatch will be at 1:00pm on Wednesday 12th August.

We will then return to the office and resume normal operations from 8:00am on Tuesday 18th August.

During this period:

• Orders can still be placed through our website as normal.
• Orders placed after our final dispatch will be processed when we return.
• Email support will remain available on a limited basis, but responses may take a little longer than usual.
• Payment receipt confirmations may also take longer than normal to be processed and acknowledged.

Please don’t worry if you have made a payment and haven’t received your usual confirmation as quickly as expected. Our team will work through all outstanding emails, payments and orders as quickly as possible upon our return.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding while the team enjoys a few days away with their families.
